How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all HELAS Jewelry comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
Can I track my order?
