Return Process

  Place the jewelry in its original HELAS presentation box and ensure all authenticity certificates and protective materials are included.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers certify the condition of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
